For patients & families The Western General Hospital is the main centre of adult colorectal services in Edinburgh. The unit also provides service at St John’s Hospital, Roodlands Hospital, and Leith CTC. Research Our extensive research facilities combined with the large caseloads allow us to conduct world class research in all fields of colorectal surgery.
