Ward 57 is a surgical admission unit. Ward 57 is the surgical admissions unit consisting of 25 beds and is operational 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is where most emergency admissions will start their journey before being discharged home or transferred to one of the other wards within the unit for further investigations or surgical procedures.
