Our team consists of Consultant Surgeons, Registrars, Nurses and Support staff.

Surgical consultants

The Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic (HPB) consultant team includes five University staff and three National Health Service (NHS) surgeons.

Registrars

Four specialist registrars are trained within the HPB service and the Transplant Unit.

Foundation Doctors

Foundation Year One and Year Two doctors committed to the General Surgical Unit also contribute to the day to day care of inpatients.

Nurse Specialist

Sister Lorraine Kirkpatrick is the Clinical Nurse Specialist for the HPB Unit.
